At My Ride Bike Experts & Shop, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or bring it to your local My Ride shop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our bike experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
